Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with SnapBack Hangover Strips. Here's everything you need to know about getting your Hangover Strips to your door.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — $4.99 Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — $9.99 Priority Shipping (1–2 business days) — $14.99

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has shipped, not when it's placed. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, high volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Use that number to track your package through the carrier's website at any time.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states including P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). International shipping is not available yet — but it's coming.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at [your email] with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — no runaround.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to update or cancel your order? Email us at [your email] as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we've got you. Once it's in transit, changes can't be made — but you can return it under our return policy.
